As a third-party consultant, we can provide impartial advice to our clients, guiding them to the best outcome.

Our experience includes the transformation of over 200 units of vacant, distressed, and underutilized properties into inclusive homes, apartments, and workplaces. From early planning and feasibility through design, permitting, construction, and completion, we help project teams navigate complexity, manage risk, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
We are committed to approaches that respect the history and culture of each neighborhood while advancing environmentally responsible and sustainable building practices. We are the first Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB) in Baltimore City. We design and build nearly all of our projects to achieve Zero-Energy and/or Passive House certifications.
